    What we do

    The people side

    • Provide workshops to explain the Microsoft 365 tools (onsite or remote).
    • Prepare your staff to use teams for most or all internal communications.
    • Provide prep for Copilot adoption to include elements of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and document governance.
    • Live education for every team in their own environment, using their real files and messages.
    • Educate your admin-level users on how to add users to Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, manage permissions, create channels, etc. 

    The tech side

    • Map your existing file system and review your current communications (Slack, email, etc.).
    • Provide template structures in our proprietary software using both AI and consultative meetings. This can be self-serve or highly guided; the cost and timeline is the same. It's just a question of preference.
    • Build out SharePoint sites, permission levels, and infrastructure.
    • Migrate files from 3rd-party systems like Google Workspace or Box into SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
