You've defined your new culture. You've got new Teams and leaders. Everyone is in agreement (we think!)
Now it's time to build out Teams and launch.
We meet with each team leader to finalize channels and file storage folders within the Team’s structure. Key team members are brought in to assist. Finally, migration maps are created from old locations to new ones, and permissions are finalized.
This step is where all content is physically moved and will be accessible in its new team and channels. Migration is phased over several days to allow each department to acclimate. Old or irrelevant content is left for the final step.
Once the content migration is complete, we spin down or archive Teams properties that are no longer needed. Each team member will be familiarized with the new configuration and may receive hands-on help with everything from finding content to setting us file syncs.
Information about your communications and file usage, and location will allow us to understand where your team is at.
Our experts will review the surveys and provide recommendations for optimizing your information management system.
If you are satisifed with the analysis, sign up for our 4-hour workshop.

The types of data that can be migrated to the new Teams structure depends on the specific communication and collaboration tools being used by the organization. Typically, data that can be migrated includes files, chat history, and other relevant data.
To minimize the risk of data loss during the migration process, we work with our clients to develop a migration plan that includes a thorough analysis of the source data and a detailed plan for how the data will be migrated. We use a variety of tools and techniques to ensure that the data is migrated accurately and securely, and we conduct extensive testing to verify that the data has been successfully migrated.
The time required to migrate data to the new Teams structure depends on the amount of data being migrated, the complexity of the migration, and the specific needs of the organization. We work closely with our clients to develop a migration plan that minimizes downtime and ensures a smooth transition.
We're here to help you create a more effective, efficient, and harmonious communication culture, which is key to the success of your organization.
