3. Architecture & Implementation
a. Individual Team Architecture
Each team and owner, as defined in the above workshop, meets with AP Logic consultants, individually as a team to map their existing files and nodes
b. Team Reconciliations
This is where we help the client reconcile any differences between team decisions with the client’s project sponsor.
c. Migration & Education
Pre- and post-migration education along with physical restructuring of Teams and SharePoint, plus migration from the legacy file properties in accordance with the maps provided by the client.
~6-8 weeks (varies by client availability/scheduling)
4. Optional Support
AP Logic assists clients as they refactor Teams and Channels while their business grows.
On a quarterly basis we provide new infrastructure reports and run a Teams Review meeting with specific Team owners.
